Terms and Conditions

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using DaylyWork, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Who can use DaylyWork

• DaylyWork is only for people aged 18 or over.
• You must have the legal right to work in India.
• You must give true information about yourself. Do not use someone else's name, photo, documents or mobile number.
• One person, one account. Your mobile number identifies you and cannot be shared.

3. What DaylyWork is — and what it is not

DaylyWork lists jobs and lets employers and workers find each other. It does not employ, supply, place, pay or set wages for any worker, does not assign work, and takes no part of any worker's pay. The employer engages and pays the worker directly. Jobs on DaylyWork are only in India. DaylyWork is not for recruiting anyone to work abroad. We are an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

This matters for your rights, so we want to be very clear:

• We are NOT your employer. If you take up work through DaylyWork, your employment relationship is with that employer alone.
• We do NOT pay wages. Your pay, hours, working conditions and any statutory benefits are the employer's responsibility, agreed directly between you and them.
• We do NOT handle money between you and an employer. No payment passes through DaylyWork.
• We do NOT guarantee that you will get a job, an interview, or any particular amount of work or pay.
• We do not control what happens at the workplace. We are not responsible for an employer's conduct, and we cannot supervise the work you do.

4. DaylyWork is free for workers

We do not charge workers to create a profile, to see jobs, or to apply for them.

No employer on DaylyWork is allowed to charge you a fee to get a job, to demand a deposit, or to hold your original documents. If anyone asks you for money for work, do not pay. Report it to us immediately using the contact details at the end of these terms.

5. Staying safe

We check each account's mobile number with a one-time code. We do not check employers' documents, and we do not approve jobs before they are posted. Please use your own judgement.

• Never pay money to get a job.
• Never hand over your original Aadhaar, bank passbook, or other original documents.
• Agree your pay and working hours before you start.
• For a first meeting, prefer a public place or the employer's actual place of business.
• Tell someone you trust where you are going.
• Never share your OTP with anybody. We will never ask you for it.

6. Your account

You log in with a one-time code sent to your mobile number. Keep access to that number secure. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.

If you lose your number or think someone else is using your account, tell us at once.

7. What you must not do

• Give false information about your identity, skills, experience or documents.
• Create an account for someone else, or let someone else use yours.
• Harass, threaten or abuse an employer or another user.
• Post anything unlawful, obscene, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Share any sexual content involving a child. This is strictly prohibited.
• Try to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• Use the platform for anything other than genuinely looking for work.

8. Your profile and content

You keep ownership of what you put on DaylyWork. By adding it, you give us permission to host it, display it to employers, and include it in your resume, for the purpose of matching you with work. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we must keep a record by law.

You are responsible for making sure what you post is accurate and that you have the right to post it.

9. What verification means

A verified mobile number means we sent a one-time code to that number and it was entered correctly. It does not mean we have checked anyone's documents or background, or confirmed they are safe or solvent. Please continue to use your own judgement.

The “Aadhaar verified” badge next to a worker means an Aadhaar was checked through DigiLocker for this account, the check worked, and the name shown matches the name on that Aadhaar. It does not mean we have checked their background, skills or past work, or that they are safe. Verification is optional, and only workers who choose it get the badge. If a worker changes their profile name so that it no longer matches, the badge is hidden until it matches again. A missing badge means nothing: many genuine workers do not verify, and it is not a warning. Please continue to use your own judgement.

10. Suspending or closing an account

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that we reasonably believe is fraudulent or unsafe, or where we are required to do so by law. Where it is fair and practical to do so, we will tell you why.

If a violation involves an offence that the law requires to be reported, such as under the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 or the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, we will report it to the authorities.

You may stop using DaylyWork and ask us to delete your account at any time.

11. Availability of the service

We work to keep DaylyWork running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of faults. We may change, suspend or withdraw features. The platform is provided on an as-is basis.

12. Our liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Indian law, DaylyWork is not liable for disputes between you and an employer, for unpaid or short-paid wages, for anything that happens at a workplace, or for loss arising from an employer's acts or omissions.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

14. Complaints

If something goes wrong — an employer behaves badly, someone asks you for money, or you have a problem with the platform — tell us at daylyworkteam@concientech.com or on +91 93684 84086.

We aim to acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and to resolve it within 7 days of receiving it.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we will tell you in the app when a change is significant. If you keep using DaylyWork after that, you accept the new terms.
